Catalog data for a minifigure is deliberately kept when a set is removed (two sets can share the same figure, and refetching costs a Rebrickable call), but the homepage list treated every cached figure as owned. It now only picks from figures you still own, whether through a set or as an individual minifigure. Without `BK_RANDOM` the problem was invisible, since those figures always sorted to the bottom of the list. The sets and parts sections on the same page were already correct
