I like the idea. Does it adhere to BK_REBRICKABLE_LINKS, so it is hidden when BK_REBRICKABLE_LINKS=false?

I think most people would assume damaged=missing. I have 1-2 sets where i know a piece broke, but i count those as missing.
I see what you mean. I haven't had the issue myself either, but having the option to leave it blank might be good.
