I created an instructions branch and moved those two commits over there. Hopefully that should fix the issues. I'll work on that branch until i have a finished version.

Currently it isn't implemented. You can download a csv of your sets from Rebrickable and then paste the set numbers into BrickTracker using the bulk uploader. That's probably the best option right…
