I tried adding some instructions for a PAB build, and discovered that the set page doesn't actually get the instructions associated.
A good example is this set, EG00029-1:
https://rebrickable.com/sets/EG00029-1/sugar-skull/?inventory=1#comments
The first comment has a link to the instructions (they're not on Rebrickable in the instructions tab per usual.)
https://www.lego.com/cdn/cs/set/assets/blt2b96582ab8b66e43/Sugar_Skull.pdf even renaming the file to match the set's ID, they don't show up on the set's page and they're orphaned in the instructions view.
