Ok, that fixed the issue... Updating the env to:

BK_INSTRUCTIONS_FOLDER=static/instructions
BK_MINIFIGURES_FOLDER=static/minifigs
BK_PARTS_FOLDER=static/parts
BK_SETS_FOLDER=static/sets
…
